• Shoes are not permitted in the game room and theater room
• Maximum occupancy: 20 guests

Booking & Guest Standards
To maintain a premium experience for all guests:
-Instant booking available for well-reviewed guests
-New or unreviewed profiles may require approval
-Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival
-A $500 refundable damage deposit is required for guests with:

Up to 4 vehicles are permitted. Please use the driveway only. Two more cars can be accommodated on street parking.

• Allow 30–45 minutes to preheat
• Recommended sessions: 10–20 minutes
• Sit on a towel and stay hydrated
• Please turn off after use

For your safety and comfort, the steam feature in the master bathroom shower is currently unavailable for guest use. We invite you to enjoy the backyard sauna instead, which offers a relaxing spa experience during your stay.

• Only toilet paper may be flushed to avoid plumbing issues
• Exterior security cameras are in place for safety (outdoor only)
• Cleaning concerns must be reported within 2 hours of arrival
